I am tired.

I feel bad all the time.

I feel overwhelmed.

Welcome to womanhood, yeah! Isn’t it great? These are all the things I wanted to be when I grew up. I thought my first period was bad, but little did I know that as an adult female I would get to feel lousy most of the time.

But does it need to be like that? NO. So how do we change our adult reality? How do we change those nasty little time and energy wasters that have creeped into our lives and sucked the life out of us? What are some of the threats/risks to our health?  There are simple strategies that can help, small ways to get on track to a healthier you. You just need a little help and support.

It is so easy to get into the chaos habit but so hard to break the cycle and to be honest getting things fixed often feels like too much work. The good news is that you don’t have to do it alone and you are not the only one that feels this way. The hardest part may be just reaching out to that first step.

First a disclaimer, I don’t have all the magic answers, but I do have experience as a mother, (working and stay-at-home), wife (civilian and military), nurse, daughter, sister, business owner, PTA mom, community volunteer and so on.  I have a doctorate in being overwhelmed and a master’s degree in tired and sore.  I have made the mistakes, but I have also learned a few tricks in the meantime.  Working with adult women from many situations I have found that we have many commonalities when it comes to our stress symptoms. But I also have learned to appreciate the differences in each woman’s reality. We will work together to find the right fit for you.

WomanUP! is an opportunity to take simple positive steps to feeling better, in a group event setting or 1:1 coaching.  We talk, we laugh, we struggle and learn together to identify realistic and doable strategies to feel better.  Let’s start with a free discovery call.

See events tab for upcoming WomanUP! in person and virtual events.
