  I provide choices outside of the hospital atmosphere by offering 1:1 support for those whom a formal cardiac rehab program may not be convenient or the best fit. As your Heart Coach, together we can help you gain clarity about your condition and develop strategies to move you toward your goals.

Community
Take Control of Your Heart Health focuses on real life strategies to improve your understanding of heart disease, the role of medications, and lifestyle changes to manage and reduce your risk factors. Take Control is a 1:1 virtual heart coaching service which also may be delivered by phone.
Guideline driven interactive in-person Heart Health presentations with your group or organization are offered in Southwestern Virginia.
